The exciting news that Edinburgh councillors have backed Parabola’s development plans for Edinburgh Park has been shared by The Architect’s Journal.
AJ reports that Parabola is working to build out an unfinished section of a business park near Edinburgh masterplanned by Richard Meier more than 20 years ago.
As well as offering invaluable commercial space of up to 1,000,000 sq ft and up to 1,800 homes, Parabola’s development will foster a new cultural destination. With a civic square at its heart, Edinburgh Park will offer shops, bars, restaurants, leisure and sport facilities and two multi-storey car parks.
