Between 2012 and 2017, Parabola acquired over 3 million sq ft of light industrial and logistics assets across 38 sites in the UK following an investment of over £95m.
The sites range from key distribution locations across the North of England to multi-tenanted estates in the South West and South East.
A number of warehouses in prime locations across the North of England were acquired and refurbished to deliver high-quality spaces to meet occupier requirements.
