Parabola acquired the largest commercial development site in Edinburgh in late 2013: the remaining 50 acres of development land at Edinburgh Park, with existing planning permission for 2 million sq ft of offices, hotels and retail.
Edinburgh Park presented Parabola with a significant opportunity to acquire a strategic land holding adjacent to the airport, motorway and national train network while also being poised to capitalise on the added impact of the new tram service. Its development potential is further enhanced by the improving Edinburgh office market.
A project team has now been appointed and work has commenced on a revised masterplan for the site with a view to commencing development from 2015.
